About Sensei Postnikoff
Jeff Postnikoff started his Martial arts training in 1991 at the age of 19, when the Kimberley Shotokan Karate School under Sensei Alphonse Joseph (5th Dan) moved across the street from where he lived.  He moved to Mackenzie in 1995, and with no immediate instructor continued to practice by himself.  In 1996 he attained the rank of Shodan in Shotokan Karate under Sensei Joseph and then began teaching privately from his home.

In the fall of 1998, he was in contact with Shihan Tony Annesi (7th Dan) of Takeshin Sogo Budo and started studying the
Takeshin style of Karate.

In the January of 2003, he earned the rank of Sandan in Takeshin Karate.

In the Begining of 2000, he opened Tan'itsu Shokan (Little House of Unity), where he is teaching Takeshin Karate as well as Kobudo and grapppling.  Sensei Postnikoff is a member of Bushido-Kai Kenkyukai and is also an Oriental Sports Trainer, Usui Shiki Ryoho
Reiki Instructor and is working towards becoming an instructor of G-jo acupressure.
