. . .Okay, here I go. . .

By Joelle

First, I'd like to say that I am very tired, so this might not become the most entertaining story I have ever written, but anyway...

We arrived at Roland Garros at about 9:30 AM, and had to stand in line for over 2 hours to get tickets, we were there with 2 other Dutch people, who didn't know, we had a lot of fun waiting in line. They wanted to buy 13 tickets, we only needed 3. In the end it turned out we had the last 16 tickets all together, which gave a huge thrill, as you can imagine!! We wanted to get Centre court tickets because we wanted to see Kraijcek play against Pioline, we didn't get to see that, and were very sorry he lost!

BUT: I did get to see Patrick and Jonas play doubles on Saturdaynight, which was brilliant!! I had already seen him that afternoon, by surprise, and I was so shocked and unpreparred that I am afraid the pics I took then aren't going to cone out okay, but the pics I took at the doubles, hopefully will. We sat right behind their seats on the court, thinking: you can never be TOO close, can you?!:) Anyway, it was too much to handle at times, but it was great!!

Afterwards everyone was hanging over us to get authographs, and I wanted to give him a present that I brought for him from Holland, I almost got killed but I gave it too him, I told him I brought it from Holland, he smiled and said:"I'll be in Holland in a couple of weeks...I will see you there!!!!!!!!" I gave him the present and he said Thanks!!! He is soooooooooo lovely!!!! But I guess you already knew that???

I'm sorry this isn't told in a very exciting way, but I am soooooo tired at the moment....I'll make sure to ask Mandy if she wants to put the pics I have taken that are any good, up on the board.

Joelle
