Mobster of the Month.
(Every month will bring a new profile in this section for the best mobster. If you want to vote for a specific mobster, you an e-mail me. To begin with, I choose the legendary Godfather and rolemodel for all mafioso wannabes, Don Vito Corleone.
Don Vito Corleone, the Godfather of La Cosa Nostra, is probably the most famous mafioso ever. Created by Mario Puzo (1920-1999) in his novel 'The Godfather', and brought to life by Marlon Brando, in Francis Ford Coppola's movie of the same name, the character of Vito Corleone was the depiction of a man of respect and virtue, a just man, and Lord of the Underworld.
Vito Corleone was a man who's nature could never be matched by that of real-life gangsters. He died with words that left an effect. "Life is beautiful."
