Who's HOT, and Who's NOT on the Indians!

WHO'S HOT!!!!

David Justice has been swinging the bat well lately, because he is the best batter on the team with a batting average of .340. Justice is 127 for his last 373. He has 28 homeruns and 82 RBI's.
Manny Ramirez has been up and down lately in the clean-up position. He is 144 for his last 438, with a batting average of .329 which is second best on the team. He has 22 homeruns and 72 RBI's.
Brian Giles has been coming in and batting good lately. He is 78 for his last 292 with a batting average of .267. He has 16 homeruns and 47 RBI's.
Jose Mesa has got his closing position back and has done well. He has an ERA of 2.82 which is the best on the team with a record of 2-4 with 9 saves. He has 58 strikeouts and has only given up 23 walks.
Jaret Wright has had a good rookie year with a ERA of 4.75 and is 4-2. He has 37 strikeouts with also 23 walks.


WHO'S NOT!!!

Sandy Alomar has fallen into a slump after the All-Star break but still is batting .325 which is 3rd best on the team. He is 121 for his last 372. He also has 16 homeruns and 60 RBI's.
Haven't heard much from Matt Williams either after the All-Star break. He is 120 for his last 483 with a batting average of .248. He has 27 homeruns and 78 RBI's.
Since getting John Smiley he hasn't done to well. He has an ERA of 5.01 and is 2-3. He has 24 strikeouts and has given up 9 walks.
Jeff Juden has also not been to hot since coming to the Indians. Juden has a ERA of 6.14 and is 0-1. He has 13 strikeouts and has given up 10 walks.
Rookie Albie Lopez hasn't been hot either. He has the lowest ERA on the team of 6.54 and is 3-5. He has 50 strikeouts and has given up 33 walks.
