This Taekwondo website is maintained by John Flomer. Where Taekwondo is a way of life, John is a 4th Degree Black Belt and a certified instructor through the American Taekwondo Foundation. His beautiful wife, Donna, is a Certified Instructor and a 4th Degree Black Belt , Robbie, 20, is a 2nd Degree Senior Black Belt and Brian, nine years old, is a Senior Green Belt, but will surely be a black belt one day!
