The UFC is the world's premier No-Holds Barred event. The first UFC was held in Denver, Colorado in 1993. The event started off with practically no rules, but the UFC has gone through a lot of changes. Before, there was a single 8-man tournament, when now there are lightweight and heavyweight tournaments, each consisting of 4. Here is a list of changes in the UFC:

Ref can restart fight
12 min. time limits with 3 min. O/T
Grabbing the fence not allowed
In case of draw after time-limit, 3 judges will decide on a winner
