As I can tell, the game is played all around the country, if not around the world. I first played the game in 1991 in Pennsylvania. Since then I have heard of the game being played in Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, and West Virginia. I do not know much of the history of the game. The friend that introduced the game to me, say's that his Grandfather played and introduced the game to him. Over the years, I have introduced it to many of my friends and family and have been asked to make many boards. If anyone has more info, I would like to here from you. I recenty received information that the Game may have had origins from miners. The miners (not minors) would play on breaks with the washers that they had from work
