Due to some unfortunate past events Whitmer High School has not had a hockey team for over a decade. With the persuasion of students and parents the school decided to once again have a hockey team and have it coached by Whitmer teachers. With the guidance of Head Coach Mark Figliomeni and Assistant Coach Keith Malcolm, this team has concluded its very first season as runner-up in the Greater Toledo Hockey League Sectional Tournament.
I created this page to show you all my appreciation and the appreciation of all your fans. It has not only been an amazing season but a fun one, with everything from an octopus to soap graffiti and a tree full of shoes! We hope to see you all back on the ice next season and good luck in the future to our senior players!
