Ok Mike,

this is what the layout is going to be, I think that this is rather clear, clean, and visually appealing. Plus, I really do not want to have to this image over again. I seem to have done this a good number of times. This will be what all of the pages will look like however, with different content and layout within the layer itself. Also, different formating with the table on the right, using it to outline featured stories, recent additions, etc. Hopefully this is adaquate for the time being.

Other images can be brought into the frame, I just haven't gotten around to doing such a thing.
