Jaguars reconfigure front office

The Jaguars appeared to scrap their "consensus" scouting system Monday when they announced that Gene Smith has been given the title of general manager/senior vice president, player personnel.  Owner Wayne Weaver, who will meet with the media on Wednesday, said in a statement that Smith will have the "final say" in personnel decisions and Jack Del Rio will have the "final say" in all coaching decisions.  Weaver said the changes will "bring greater clarity in responsibilities."
