Hello, and welcome to the Barry Town Supporters' Club webpage on the unofficial website!
Barry Town Supporters' Club is one of the oldest supporters clubs in the League of Wales, and certainly one of the most successful!
More than two-thirds of the club's regular support affiliate each season, enjoying the benefits of membership.
These benefits include subsidised travel to away matches, regular Supporters' Club functions in the Barry Town Football Club, and other related items, including a regular page in the programme, a regular Supporters' newsletter, opportunities to vote for 'Man of the Match', which count towards the 'Player of the Season' award.

Supporters' Club News
One of the major departments of the Supporters' Club is travel. Barry have a number of away matches in the next month, and the Supporters' Club is committed to providing transport to all of them.
The Supporters' Club also organise regular functions. These include nostalgic nights viewing past matches, events with speakers, including Alun Evans, the former Chief Executive of the Football Association Wales, and the ubiquitous quiz and skittles nights. All interesting and well-attended occasions, as well as being a lot of fun!

MEMBERSHIP
Membership for the 1998-99 season has been maintained at the same price as last season. That is:
£2 ADULTS
£1 O.A.P and JUNIOR DRAGONS (under 16)
TRAVEL NOTES
ABERYSTWYTH TOWN - Saturday, 24th April, 1999. League of Wales.
£6 Adults, OAPs, £4 accompanied children. The coach will leave Jenner Park at 9:30a.m, and will return from Aberystwyth one hour after the end of the match.
SUPPORTERS' PLAYER OF THE MONTH
Lee Barrow made it a double success by winning the Supporters' Club Player of the Month for February to add to his January award. Lee was presented with his trophy prior to Barry's League of Wales match with Bangor City.

IAN GWYN HUGHES MEETS THE FANS
On Friday, 29th January, BBC Wales football correspondent and 'Gol!' anchorman, Ian Gwyn Hughes, addressed Barry supporters on the relationship between Welsh football and the media.
Ian is one of the most important figures in contemporary Welsh broadcasting, having been a mainstay of Welsh football for the past decade, presenting Y Maes Chwarae and Gol amongst others.
Ian answered questions from supporters about the Welsh media, and its future role in supporting domestic football.
SOCIAL SUCCESS
The Boxing Day disco at the Football Club was a roaring success, despite the disappointment of only drawing early in the day. The disco played all of the old favourites, a few of the newer ones, and the bar made a healthy profit. Roll on the next one...
Junior Dragons Player of the Year
The Junior Dragons, the youth section of the Barry Town Supporters' Club will hold their player of the year event on Thursday, 15th April.
There are several players in contention for the award.
