The Hounds suffer their first defeat of the season to the 7-0 AAA Greenville Trojans in a non-conference,
non-league contest. RB Whiting provided the Hounds only Touchdowns on runs of 67 and 45 yards in
route to a 9 carry 128yard rushing performance. McCann kicked both extra points. Scofield made an
interception in the endzone to stop one Trojan drive. Linebacker Craley made an impressive chase and
tackle of a Trojan runner, spotting him at least 15 yards, to prevent a score.

80 yards for a score on their first possession and 98 yards on second possession of the game. "O" racks up
322 rushing yards. The 'Hound's Hammer comes up Huge! Craley intercepts pass in the endzone and returns it
65 yds. to kill one Sharon threat. Scofield has 2 interceptions and Lane has a fumble recovery.
Hammer stops Sharon 3 times inside the 15 yard line. This win all but assures Wilmington the MCAC Championship!

McCann kicks 2 extra points. Hounds outgains Reynolds 437 yards to 114 yards. Bob Whiting has interception
in endzone to kill only Raider threat. Scofield also has an interception. Craley causes fumble that Zappia recovers..
