Began training with the national team in September 1995 after spending two years away from the program ... Showed she still has excellent read of the game and came into camp at very high fitness level despite not having competed in an international match in two years ... A forward her entire career youth, college and national team career, she converted to defender and started in the back of the USA on January 14, 1996, against Russia in Campinas, Brazil after having not appeared for the national team since August 8, 1993 ...
