![]() Hey! Welcome to my place on the Web. Come on in and make yourself comfortable. Sit back, have a beer, and enjoy the music.
A little bit about myself. . . My name is Jeff, but I call myself Hog. It just seems fitting. I live in South Texas -- the hottest, dryest place I know, but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I love sports, my wife and my Labrador Retreiver . . . not necessarily in that order.
My wife, Leslie, and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary last summer.

to see how she feels about the rest of the family. Our two cats, Deke and Curtains, "Curty" have each claimed their own human. Deke definitely prefers my wife, while Curty follows me everywhere I go. Sometimes I think she is part dog. By the way, Deke is Curty's son.
![]() Any time I'm not at work, you can find me watching, reading, or playing sports. OK, mostly watching. I am most crazy about football. My team, through thick and thin has always been the Dallas Cowboys. They are not the most liked team or owner, but a true fan is a true fan. Look out 99 season is right around the corner.
![]() My college favorites are Texas teams, of course. My wife's alma mater Southwest Texas State University is at the top of my list. I will always root for any Texas team over an out of state team. Including my wife's least favorite, the University of Texas. Speaking of being a true fan through thick and thin. In the NBA, I am a true San Antonio Spurs Fan! Although we started off slow we are now the NBA CHAMPIONS! Take that Shaq and Karl. And let's not forget about "Avery Johnson will never lead a team to a championship" by Damon. In college basketball SWT finsihed the regular season in first, only to lose to UTSA in the Southland Conference Championship, thus missing a bid to the NCAA Tournament. The big news is SWT's center, Jeff Foster, became the first player in the history of the university to be selected in the first round of the NBA draft by Golden State and then traded to Indiana. My wish for baseball is to have an all Texas world series. I think Houston's chances are better than Texas. ![]()
