Jordan Retires
Former Chicago Bulls superstar Michael Jordan, retired from the NBA for the second tome in the past five years. Jordan, who is by far the greatest player ever to play the game, decided it was better to leave to game on top. All next week, Unbelieveabulls will salute MJ.

The Chicago Bulls have won their 6th championship in the last 8 years. They defeated the Utah Jazz in Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals. It was a great game capped off by a heroic performance by Michael Jordan.

Schaefer Replaced
Fred Tedeschi is the new head trainer for the Chicago Bulls. He is replacing Chip Schaefer who recently left the Bulls. Tedeschi, who was an assistant trainer for the San Francisco 49ers was hired on August 6, 1998.

Bulls Name Tim Floyd

On July 23, 1998 the Chicago Bulls announced that they hired former Iowa State coach, Tim Floyd to a five year contract. He will be Director of Basketball Operations.

Wooldridge Hired
On August 26, 1998 the Chicago Bulls announced the addition of Jim Wooldridge to the coaching staff. He will take over for Jimmy Rodgers as an assistant coach. Ironically, Wooldridge is a former college teamate of Tim Floyd
