- Shortwave radio stations issue confirmation of reception reports in the form of a QSL. Basically, it is a postcard with
technical data on the back. All you have to do is write to them and let them know how you picked up their signal. It's really quite simple...just a matter of waiting 3 months for a reply. Most all countries eventually do respond. The secret is to be patient!
