Anytime            Paint Crew
    If your dorm room is in need of a paint job, or your paint is cracking on your bed at night (this does happen), don't expect any help from the Paint Crew.  You may lodge your complaints to the crew members.  You'll see them at your local frat house or dorm lounge watching TV any time during normal business hours.
