This page hopes to give you an insight into the weird, yet occasionally wonderful, world of Dave. Dave is an obscure character, given to random moments of pure violence, and yet mostly quiet and shy.

For anyone who cares, here is a picture of the man himself:I love fire!

me on my motorbike.jpg (33835 bytes)Yes that is me, Yes that is my bike, Yes those slippers are magical. Anyone who laughs at me, fair enough. People laugh at me all the time.

My house.JPG (93405 bytes)     To the right is a picture of my house. I am a country bumpkin through and through, and live out in the sticks. I even drink cider!

As you may have guessed, I am not the happiest person in all the world. This is not helped by the fact I am a Radiohead fan. If you have any of their albums you will know what I am talking about. If you don't, buy either 'The Bends' or 'OK Computer' and see the true hopelessness of life. If you want to see a truly weird site visit the official www.radiohead.com (allegedly done by the band members themselves). I cannot recommend enough a site called the Perfect Song Facsimile, make sure you download the live Vqf file of Karma Police!

I like music. Some of my favourite bands include; Blur, Placebo, The Manic Street Preachers, U2, Green Day, Foo Fighters, James, R.E.M, Travis, The Presidents of the USA, Terrorvision, Korn, The Divine Comedy (Don't especially like the music, just admire them for trying something different), The Prodigy and Queen. I don't like gay pop bands like Hanson, Spice Girls, Steps and Be-crappy-witched. I can make better music throwing up (and quite often do). On a recent trip to Glastonbury99, I was most impressed by Feeder, especially by their bassist (who looked the business!) who jumped 15ft into the crowd at the end of the gig.

I like to see the occasional movie as well, and appreciate the classics (and by that I mean Apocalypse Now!).Po.JPG (5578 bytes)

Being a member of the Cult of Father Darwin, I have some views that may be considered rather extreme. I'm not going to force you to agree with me as the world would be a very boring place if everyone agreed all the time.Stabbed Tubby.JPG (35914 bytes)

I spend most of my time working on computers to fund my interests. My main hobbies include motorsport and flying. I am a very keen follower of Formula1, but enjoy watching more interesting races such as the MGF TV Trophy and Caterham 7 racing both on television and at the nearby Silverstone circuit. Caterham Super-Sevens are cool. If you don't know what one looks like click here. I enjoy karting very much as it is the only way I can afford to race at the moment. The best place around here for karting is Whilton Mill. I know this because I have raced or worked on most circuits in my local area.

I have recently qualified for my PPL/A for Microlights. These are funky little planes that are cheap to run and fun to fly. I mainly fly from a field near Blisworth and, when training, at Sywell Aerodrome with Flylight. My Dad owns a Shadow microlight. To see some (not my Dad's) click here.Glider Mammoth.bmp (67318 bytes)

DoodleBug.JPG (19453 bytes)The bloke flying this strange contraption is a bit mad. Even I refused to fly it.
