The Best Computer Lab
at Northern Illinois University!

You have now entered the world of UML, the University Multimedia Lab, in the Art Building at Northern Illinois University. The UML is not a normal lab. We have many things that cause our lab to be detrimentally assimilar to other peon labs at NIU. We are the fun lab, the good lab, the spectacular lab.

We do not believe in the conventional ways and customary actions of the so-called "Computer Lab." We know that a lab is not really a lab unless you have the Lab Attendant Family. We are a wonderful group of fun-loving lab attendants, lab supervisors, ex-lab attendants, and ex-supervisors. The male to female ratio is QUITE large (10:1) Jessica, Rujanee, Heather, and Mary Ann do not mind, though, because we are all one big happy UML family.

Things to see...

...more to come

UML Novelties:
  • The one and only Year Round Christmas Tree

  • The ever-popular Wall O' Art

  • Pineapple & Mushroom pizza from Papa John's

  • Vladimir erasing the hard drive

  • Miller Lite ... enough said

  • Long Island Ice Teas with Sprite

  • Work? What is that?

  • Frank & all the other teachers we love sooooo much

Please see the photograph to the right. The top person is Mary Ann Hagemann. The middle row (left to right) is Andy Tollerud and Kim Trembley. The bottom row (left to right) is Jeremy Farr, Boon Tan, and Vladimir Jovanovic. This is the pyramid we made at Mary Ann's graduation party in her apartment (Blue-Greys #21). Man was that a crazy wild night.

Can any lab compare to that? I think NOT. You may THINK that your lab is better. You might have a DREAM that another lab can pass the UML TEST, but you will me WRONG! Dead wrong, dammit! If you would like to compare your wimpy, crappy, little, stupid, disgusting, rancid lab to the UML (the greatest lab in the world), be our guest. See below for a test to see how your terrible lab compares...

If you have any questions about UML or this exciting web page, please e-mail Andy Tollerud or Mary Ann Hagemann (the Webmasters of this exquisite site).
