It will endeavour to cover areas of intellectual thought which have been relatively neglected in recent years and will criticise and discuss prevailing orthodoxies in a non-partisan and enlightened fashion. The editorial board welcomes contributions which take a non-partisan, critical perspective on abiding and contemporary issues. Contributions can be sent to the Department of Political Science, University of Western Australia, Nedlands WA 6907 Australia. However the opinions expressed in this journal do not necessarily reflect the views of either. This journal is dedicated to the memory of Associate Professor Paddy O'Brien, without whose support and advice this journal would not have come about. We prefer contributions to be in both electronic and printed form. Opinion pieces will usually be around 1,500 words and essays for the Analysis section around 2,500 words.
