The Skylands Ultimate League is a summer Ultimate Frisbee league. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE
EXPERIENCED TO PLAY IN OUR SUMMER
LEAGUE. We will be happy to teach you
everything we know. The Ultimate Players Association has a good description of
Ultimate Frisbee on their web
site.
Our league has adopted a 5-2 coed rule. The league is coed and the number of women is growing fast. There are also players of all ages and skill levels in our league. Our oldest players are older than 40 and our youngest are in high school; we have beginners and experienced club players and every level in between.
