SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
The award is a scholarship amount maximum $100 which will be presented to Khmer students contingent upon the student being a good standing, and maintaining a full-time course load to any College in Houston. Additionally, the student must maintain a minimum 3.0 grade point average (GPA). A high school graduate must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Non-members of CSA must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. CSA members must be an active participant. Scholarship fund is limited to only 6 applicants. Please apply as soon as possible.
ELIGIBILITY
The alumni selection committee shall consider a scholarship, leadership, extracurricular activies, community involvement and financial need in making their selections. Recipients of the award shall not forfeit other scholarships, grants or awards to which they are entitled.

Please include a recent transcript with this application and a short letter explaining why you are deserving of this award.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
This complete package (including application, transcript and short letter) must be returned to Cambodian Students Association by June 30,1998.
