Mission

The goal of this website is to be a portal to facilitate communication among all the technicians working on the PAWC Desktop Support contract.

This mission has now expanded to also provide tools to capture specific information therefore simplifying much needed admin among all technicians. E.g. technical reports are now stored in a database which makes it easier to further administrate and assist the client in new procurements. Also, swops are easily captured helping Management to verify the ARS statistics.
