WELCOME
Hello, my name is Michael Kantro and I am a senior at Pomona College in Claremont, California. I am
engaged to Heather Anne Phillips who is wonderful and continues to make my life magical.
"What am I like?," you might ask. Some nights I am a bad writer, others a
playful flirt, an outraged movie critic, and, master of my domain (the Axis and Allies game
board). Others nights I plot ways to invade Poland (as all great men must try),
celebrate the coming second death of disco music or lambast public figures in
the past, the present, or even sometimes, the future.
You might think, then, that I am insane. Sadly, this is in no way accurate.
As far as I know, I
am one of the more well adjusted people I have met. It is not really much fun,
because I could never
quite manage those colorful characteristics that are monopolized by eccentrics,
politicians and the
insane.
What this means is that I am stuck with boring hobbies, like following national politics and sports
