Welcome to my little place on the web. Glad you found me. The title of this page is quite appropriate as I recently moved to South Florida from up North to attend Graduate School for Counseling Psychology and obtain my license in School Counseling/Mental Health Counseling. I really love South Florida and everything that it has to offer; the great beaches, the ocean and the sunshine. I tried to include in this page a little about me and my life. (I'm not really that vain that I think that anyone wants to read about me but I wanted to see if I could create my own web page...so here is my first attempt.)

Favorite Books/Authors: I love to read and I have an undergrad degree in English so this could be a long list:). Antigone, Jane Eyre, The Celestine Prophecy, Many Lives, Many Masters, Only Love is Real, The Catcher in the Rye (Salinger), Separate Peace (John Knowles), Anything by Sylvia Plath (especially The Bell Jar), Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, The Fountainhead (Ayn Rand), Anything by Bukowski, Dharma Bums (Jack Kerouac), Sark, Ginsberg, Jim Carrol (the Basketball Diaries)....

Hobbies and Extracurriculars: Sailing, playing guitar and writing songs, art, good movies and theatre, snowboarding/skiing (though I don't get to do much of that down here), reading, cooking, seeing and performing live music, and architecture (see also "Things I gravitate to")
