I recently made the trip to Ithaca for a week long break from the teaching life here in the Adirondacks. While in Ithaca I stayed with Ross West and Steve Mejia who are always great hosts.
Some good news to send your way is that they are really trying hard to rush and keep the fraternity alive. The bad news of course being that it seems somewhere between my graduating class and theirs, the link with the Alumni was lost and the college started cracking down hard on social organizations.
I have informed the active brothers that they must have a wonderful homecoming planned if they would like to draw alumni. I also helped set a goal of having pledges by that weekend if not earlier. I hope to see you all in Ithaca this fall.
