I graduated from a Careers in Banking Course, sponsored by Goodwill Industries Southern Piedmont Division in Charlotte, NC, in September 2001. I have gained knowledge of 10 Key, Proof Encoding, Customer Service and Banking Terminology.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte May 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Psychology and a Minor in Political Science. When time allows I volunteer at Rowan Helping Ministries, a local homeless shelter, assisting clients with financial problems such as overdue utility bills, medical bills and groceries. I also volunteer as an Assistant Scout a Master of a local Troop assisting with coordinating projects and initiating ideas to be used for fund raising events for Troop activities.

My College internships have provided me with a wide range of skills and abilities. I have created questionnaires to improve customer satisfaction. I also located information through research to help clients make informed decisions. I also have computer and web knowledge that includes a basic understanding of Word, Power Point, Excel, hypertext markup language (HTML) and the ability to create and modify Internet home pages.
