New Zealand vs British Lions, Eden Park 1993
The recording of the Haka you will hear was taken from the
3rd test in the series at home against the Lions in 1993. The All Blacks had won the first
test narrowly, but then dropped the second with a lackluster display at Athletic Park. So
with the series standing at 1-1, this test was the decider and New Zealand came out very
keyed up. The haka performed that day rang around the ground, leaving no doubts in the
mind as to how serious the boys in black were about winning, which they did 30-13.
