Thank you for visiting my website. This is, within itself, my home on the internet. This page has been set up and designed by me in order to share my poetry with the world and a Biography about myself with each of you. I am a Christian. I began writing poetry in 1999. I started in the basement at Hoxie's Famous BBQ in Chicago, IL. During the weekly Poetry Slam held there. My first poem was "I Am". After that the poetry just flew! This site has now been redesigned. But all Poems, Pictures, Links are on here except for the addition of new poems and the like. All of my poetry is here. Including my latest named "Coming Out to Myself" If I write more soon they will be added ASAP. I hope you enjoy the site. Please feel free to E-mail me. A few words about me here. I am 22 years old and am working towards a webmaster degree at Vincennes University in southern Indiana. I am active in Student Senate, Christian Campus Fellowship, College Heroes and the Judicial review board for the residential life system on campus. In the evenings I enjoy going and watching stars in St. Francisville IL. When I am back home for the summer in Chicago I love to go swimming at the beach and going downtown when I get the chance. Some of my hobbies include ceramics and hot air ballooning, neither have I had time for much since I moved to Chicago in 1999. I also have an unmaintained coin collection. In all reality the Lord provides me with the time I need to do all things which are possible through him. I love all kinds of music, especially Christian. I also enjoy long walks on the beach.(For real)I also love to sing and dance so I am in show choir here. I believe in the power of the smile and try to do so as much as possible. I also try to get others to grin a little. I was baptized on September 18th 1999 at the Christian Campus Fellowship retreat. The Lord told me that I needed to stop being so self focused and get more God focused. I made the decision later that night. My favorite book of the bible is Genisis because it gives us the knowledge of where we came from and where we are going in the end. It also informs us of all of our surroundings and where they came from. I also enjoy Blowing bubbles, flying kites, lots of laughter, clean humor sites on the Internet, and taking afternoon naps. I also like Blue Man Group and go to see a show whenever possible. 14 times so far. Thanks for taking time out to learn a little about me, your poet.
