	20^th. Groups approves final contents drafts of 7 LOÕs.
	20^th April - 15^th June: 7 LO's implementation.
	20^th AV+JG+RS: workout SCORM/IMS subset & recommend to group.	15^th 7 Institutions submit feedback and recommendations to Group regarding proposed standards.
	30^th, Caribe Hilton Hotel, San Juan: The 3^rd Puerto Rican Congress on web e-ducation (www.webedupr.org)	15^th - 30^th Groups issues final standard specs.
			15^th 7 LO's submitted to Group
			30^th Group communicates recommendations
				1^st July Ð 15 August: Institutions implement final recommendations + insert metadata and package LO's.
		30^th AV+JG+RS: workout repository specs recommendations for HETS.	1^st June - 30^th July: HETS implements repository on the Virtual Plaza.		1^st HETS Repository ready
					15^th Repository populated; index and philosophy published.
					19-20^th: Second San Juan Meeting and wrap-up.
