** Wednesday, June 20, 2001, 7pm -- Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity house, 321 Joselin Ave.
Agenda:
-- Final grades (SOA).
-- Spring rush results (SOA).
-- Student orientation.
-- UHCURC (Greek housing) update.
-- GAC revised dues structure.
-- GAC officer nominations for 2001-2002.


 ** Wednesday, April 11, 2001, 7pm -- Triangle Fraternity house, 2625 University Ct.
Agenda:
-- Reports from SOA, IFC, Panhellenic.
-- Report from Heights Community Council.
-- GAC sponsored Greek Awards -- Revisions.
-- Summer Orientation: role of Greeks; need for alumni involvement; PR committee.
-- Update on Greek Housing from UHCURC.


** Wednesday, February 22, 2001, 7pm -- Alpha Chi Omega Sorority house, 2809 Clifton Ave.
Agenda:
-- Report on revisions to Student Code of Conduct.
-- Report on proposed combined IFC/Panhellenic judicial board.
-- Update on development of Greek housing.
-- Discussion: Proposed IFC bylaw change regarding rush, prohibiting pledging from end of Spring Quarter until Fall Quarter.
-- Report from Heights Community Council.


** THURSDAY, January 18, 2001, 7pm -- Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity house, 2707 Clifton Ave.
Agenda:
-- News on University Heights Development Corporation; announcement of members chosen for UHDC Planning and Finance committees. Bring your UHDC ideas.
-- SOA report (fall quarter statistics, etc.)


** Wednesday, November 15, 2000, 7pm -- Kingsgate Conference Center, 151 Goodman Drive, Mount Lookout Room (Room 136)
Agenda:
-- HOUSING: GAC Housing Committee asks that your house corporation be represented. More details will be presented regarding participation in, and information on, the development of Greek housing.


** Wednesday, November 1, 2000, 7pm -- Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity house, 319 Probasco St.
Agenda:
-- PRE-RUSH AND RUSH EVALUATION: Summer promotions / public relations, Greek involvement in student orientation, fall rush results / statistics, etc. If time allows, separate into groups to discuss issues specific to IFC/PH/NPHC rush/intake. PH: possibilities for Open Rush.
-- HOUSING: Brief questions, discussion, possible update on housing issues introduced at the 10/18 meeting.


** Wednesday, October 18, 2000, 7pm -- Kingsgate Conference Center, 151 Goodman Drive (please note change of location from the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity house). Refer to the electronic announcement board in the lobby for the room location. Goodman Drive is immediately south of the Veterans Administration Medical Center on Vine Street, and is located between UC's east and west campuses. Parking is available in the Kingsgate garage -- stop by the lobby desk to get your ticket validated for $1/hr parking.
-- GUEST PRESENTER: Dale McGirr, UC Vice President for Finance.
-- SUBJECT: A proposal for a UC Greek housing development and / or improvement of present housing.
Agenda:
-- The Clifton Avenue garage development is on indefinite hold. There will be a presentation of a new UC Greek development plan; discussion; questions to Vice President McGirr; GAC Housing Committee report.

-- Greek Affairs Education Fund: How to rebuild fund from heavy usage this summer in support of Greek system mailer, Orientation, and Fall Rush.
