With the help of World-Wide Web, Internet has become so popular that it plays an increasingly important role in our daily life. The notion of global village has been turned into reality.

Although we may argue whether or not Internet is a mass medium, we cannot deny the fact that an increasing number of people has got connected to this virtual community.

Fai's Communication Study Room contains projects on communication studies done by Fai and his classmates in 1997-98. It is particularly useful to people studying mass communication or working in the mass media. News resources and academic references are provided.

Since a significant number of local portals has emerged in the past few months, I have deleted the hyperlinks sections that are not so relevant to communication studies.
