FROZEN MATADOR
1.5 oz. Tequila
2 oz. Pineapple juice
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients in blender with ice. Blend at low speed.
HOT PANTS
1.5 oz. Tequila
Half oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1 tablespoon unsweetened Grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Shake with ice cubes and pour into glass rimmed with salt.
MAGIC LAMP
From the lovely and talented AJ. Female bartenders are oh so sexy!
2 oz. Tequila
1.5 oz. Triplesec
3 oz. OJ
3 dashes Lime juice
Shake over ice and pour into shot glass, makes approx. 4 shots.
MATADOR
1.5 oz. Tequila
3 oz. Pineapple juice
Half a lime (juiced)
Simply pour, stir, and enjoy!
MEXICANA
1.5 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Pineapple juice
1 teaspoon Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into glass.
MEXICOLA
2 oz. Tequila
Half a lime (juiced)
Can of soda (suggest pepsi or coke)
Fill glass with cubes of ice. Add Tequila and lime juice. Fill balance with soad, stir.
MOCKING BIRD
1.5 oz. Tequila
.75 oz. Creme de Menthe (green)
1 juiced lime
Shake with ice, strain in to glass.
TEQUILA MANHATTAN
2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Lime juice
Pour over ice cubes. Add cherry and orange slice.
TEQUILA PUNCH
This is the basic starter for a truly delicious Jungle Juice!
1 qt. Tequila
3 qts. Fresh Fruit
2-4 bottles Sauterne (or preference)
Sweeten to taste, chill thorughly, and add ice cubes just before serving. Place in large bowl (or cooler).
TEQUILA SUNRISE
2 oz. Tequila
4 oz. Orange Juice
.75 oz. Grenadine
Stir tequila and juice with ice. Pour in grenadine
VIVA VILLA
1 juiced lime
1 teaspoon sugar
1.5 oz. Tequila
Stir seperate. Pour over ice cubes in salt-rimmed glass.
