-Is a small "firm" I’ve made so I can get jobs without getting into problems with the Danish Education Support system.

The idea of the firm is to supply cheap, fast and relevant support to people for whom the computer is a tool -not a toy.

More and more people are today using the computer in their daily work. They don’t care why -or how the computer works, but when they press the button, they expect the machine to start up, and solve whatever problems they may be facing it with.

This means that more and more computers are in need of basic maintenance, and normal installation/cleanup.

And this is where I come in.

I don’t try to change the system because I think it can be done smarter in any way, nor do I try to set the system up in a new way.

I just make sure the equipment works whenever the "user" needs it..

Sometimes I run into problems I haven’t seen before, and sometimes I run into problems I can’t solve. But every new problem is a challenge, and every problem not solved is a defeat.

I have no education within the computer world. Which means that it is very easy for me to see if a system is user-friendly or not.

My primary concern is that the job I’ve been hired to do, is done in such a way that the "customer" is satisfied.

I’ve dealt with several "professional" company’s who all have been very happy to take my money, but when it came to giving actual customer support, most company’s fall short. Several times have I been in contact with parts that didn’t work, and most every time the company has been very reluctant in supplying the service needed to find the flav, and getting it corrected.

When I buy a part at a company, I expect that the company can and will supply the service, needed to make this specifik part work as it is intended to do. This means that the company knows about eg. jumper settings, and different possibilities in setting the system up. If they don’t know about these things, -I don’t want to pay for service I’m not reciving.

Therefore I’ve made my small firm. I don’t know about every jumper setting in this world, but every time I'm faced with a new problem, I'm learning a little more, and getting a little better at my job
