I'm a recent graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA, with a BS in Geology. Thanks to manipulations of NU's co-op program and a field-trip oriented geo-department, I've been able to spend the last five years living and working in a wide variety of places, and collecting a broad range of experiences. I currently live in Mammoth Lakes, CA, where I help monitor volcanic unrest in Long Valley Caldera for the United States Geological Survey. The fact that the Mammoth area also happens to be home to some of the country's best mountain biking, skiing, and hiking is, of course, purely coincidental...
