This web page presents a small introduction of myself and contains links that are useful to myself (which are hopefully useful to you too).

Academics

My post-secondary education started at University of Waterloo where I studied Computer Engineering for 5 years, during which I had worked for companies such as Algorithmics and Corel Corporation in my work terms. I went on to pursuit a M.Sc degree at the University of Toronto's computer science department with specialization in the area of software engineering. After graduation, I have been working for the Technology department at Goldman Sachs.

My M.Sc thesis project, under the supervision of Professor Marsha Chechik, was a joint effort between University of Toronto and Nortel Networks, in which the goal was to investigate the feasibility of applying formal methods to commercial software projects. The project provided me with opportunities to apply some leading edge research to practical industrial software systems. Published papers about this project are listed below:
