...............So far he has not explained anything but has continued
his campaign
of obfuscation and general dis-information which has not resulted in

improvements to date. If you check the "Hansard" (see the

you will see that Mr. Darling has made an exactly similar statement
to that which
he made in the autumn of the year 2000. That is, he announced that,
"There would
be a "minimum income guarantee for pensioners which will be payable
from April next year."
How is it possible to announce the same benefit two years running ?
It is possible because, in fact, it was NEVER implemented the first
time !
As a matter of fact Mr. Darling admits himself that it will not actually
be implemented even then,
and it will be a number of YEARS before every pensionshioner will have
been assessed
and recieved their announced entitlements,
TODAY
in 2005 the situation has deteriorated to a farrago
similar to that, created by ethically bankrupt mumpish twerps,
during the late 1930s in Central Europe.
Now that New Labour is in it's third term of office,
THERE CAN BE NO MORE EXCUSES
Radical political action is required immediately to root out
corrupt and incompetant officials and politicians.
