In St John's
The St John's Regional Chapter meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm in Room 4065 of the Earth Sciences Building on the Memorial University campus.

In Grand Falls-Windsor
The Central Newfoundland Chapter meets one Tuesday every month at 7:00 pm at the Seniors' Recreation Centre.
In Conception Bay North
The Conception Bay North Support Group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 2:30 pm at the Senior Citizens Club in Spaniard's Bay.
The January meeting is cancelled.

In Corner Brook
The Corner Brook Support Group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Exercise classes in St John's
The Parkinson's exercise class meets every Wednesday morning from 10.45 am to 12 noon.
Location: "Shea Ward", Leonard A. Miller Centre, 100 Forest Rd, St John's.
