2. 吁请华裔青年团结一致，以坚定的意志，全力配合政府建设国家，加强华裔青年在各领域的地位，以面对二十一世纪的挑战。

3. 吁请青年体育部继续拨款予华裔青年组织主办《青年思想兴革激励大会，让广大的华青受惠。

4. 全力支持政府采取严厉的行动，取缔非法电玩中心，以免危害年轻一代。

5. 全力支持政府采取有效的行动，对付一切危害社会安宁的犯罪行为，包括贩毒活动；拐带儿童，少女以及日益猖狂的家庭暴力，路霸伤人及劫杀事件等。

6. 吁请华人神庙宗教组织，响应兴革运动，简化神诞庆祝仪式，摒弃迷信观念，并将所筹得的款项作为慈善及建设性用途。

7. 吁请总会积极提升组织系统及电脑化，带领我团各级组织贯彻团运的目标与宗旨，以惠及华裔青年。

8. 全力支持吡叻州分会继续与华团互相配合，推动及发展文化工作。
