Billy Rizzare is a student of the Dr. Rev. Spooner, the Modern-Age profit "Confuse-Us", and fancies himself to be a writer of song and subject, along with being an artist and humorist.

Please Note Some of the material may be considered offensive by some. To those I say, "If we can't laugh at ourselves, then the world is lost!" Also, there may be some resemblances to the Windows 95 screen on this page. Although, possibly parodied, the Copyright law states that ideas may not be copyrighted. The "subliminals" in the background are similar to what I saw on a Pepsi machine in the county welfare department and prosicutor for "Dead-Beat Dads".
