In response to the growing demand for survival information, ETR has met the challenge by offering its official survival manual in an offline format. Many users have limited (or no) internet access, or cannot afford to have their only phone line tied up. This .zip file will be small enough to fit onto a disk. If the project gets updated to where it is too large for a single 3 1/2 inch floppy, it will be divided into two .zip files so that users can download it onto two floppy disks with no trouble.
The offline version of ETR's manual will be somewhat easier to use than the present online version, in the way that it will have a more organized table of contents, not to mention the inclusion of some information that will not be displayed on the online version. The root document of this manual is "contents.htm."
