At the Diamondhead POA January Board Meeting there was an exceptional amount of disturbance during the Presentation made by Director Frank Jerome. If you were there, you may recall that Mr. Jerome advised the Board that they had not properly addressed the will of the membership in which 54% of the voting membership expressed their vote to eliminate the use of proxies for the Annual Election and accepted, in its place, the detailed use of an Absentee Ballot as it was described it the resolution that was proposed in the Resolution was presented to the Membership to vote upon.                                             Those who attented this January "Open" Board Meeting observed that some of the Board Members endeavored to distract the attention given to Mr. Jerome's presentation by vacating their seat at the Director's Table....                         WHEN THE MAJORITY OF THE POA VOTING MEMBERS AT AN ANNUAL MEETING ARE IGNORED, DIRECTOR JEROME'S PRESENTATION NEEDS TO BE GIVEN EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO BE EVALUATED.
