From all indications the Chemical Weapons Treaty will be passed.
I was shocked by Sen McCain R-AZ signing on. At lease Sen Lott is at
least hesitant. I've emailed many many Senators imploring them to defeat
this bill or at least take out those issues that conflict with the 4th and 5th
Amendments. Do you suppose it makes any difference that we contact these guys,
or is it a waste of time?
