Policy Debate
I'm far from a policy debater (although I have made a solemn vow to
try it at some point in my debate career) so I'll have to direct you
to David's homepage now. I know it says that it's _the_ Blacksburg
Debate Team homepage, but don't believe it. See, David was too
selfish to have Lincoln Douglas on there, too. So I, in my greatest
of magnanimity, made an equal opportunity debate homepage. But he
does explain Policy rather, well, so here it is.
The Wake Forest University Policy Project has some great case lists and
explanations for the current topic (juvenile crime) and some good
