Welcome to my page on the Web. I put together what I believe to be an interesting list of LAW ENFORCEMENT WEB SITES along with some other interesting information. I also have some pictures of our Curly Coated Retriever, Kenish. She is seen with her sister, Chant, owned by Ann Shinkle, in one of the photos near the bottom of the page. Chant is black and Kenish is liver colored. There are also some pictures of Bliss, Ann's other Curly, doing some field work. For more about Curly Coated Retrievers check out Doris Hodges'Summerwind. Doris is the breeder responsible for Chant and Kenish. They are an interesting breed with so many good attributes but not well known in the USA.

I retired from Manheim Township Police Department in August of 2001 after 26 years with the police department. I am now working for Manheim Township School District as the School Safety and Security Liaison. Manheim Township is located in the northern part of Lancaster County Pennsylvania. Lancaster City is on our southern border. Our population is approximately 33,000 and the police department also provides services to the Borough of East Petersburg located on our western boundary. East Petersburg has a population of 4,700. Our Department personnel consist of 50 sworn officers and 18 civilians. The Township is approximately 25 square miles and the Borough adds another 4 square miles.
