Ah, second semester! After going home for winter break, I'm rejuvenated and determined to strike a decent balance between my studies and my computer. It's gonna be hard, but I'll just have to find a way to unglue myself from my books every once in a while to get on the internet.... Anyway, school's an absolute blast so far. In case you didn't already know, I'm a freshman atYale University in Trumbull College and I'm an alumnus (it sounds so cool to say that) of MICDS in St. Louis, MO. I also attended West Junior High School in Columbia, MO for my freshman year of high school, but we'll just forget about that, won't we??? As for MICDS, I went home for Thanksgiving break and witnessed our football team's victory in the state finals. They ended the season at 13-0 and just kicked some serious ass. I'm a little worried about the school as a whole, though, and I just hope it pulls through this critical time in its development. Remember guys: academic excellence and college preparation. Anything else would be uncivilized....
