I've always enjoyed sailing, but the opportunities to do so in my life have been few and far between. I was hoping that by moving to Florida, which has a lot of water, that I would get a chance to sail. After almost three years here, no chances has surfaced. Then William told me that he and Jodi were taking a sailing class (September and October 1999) at the Titusville Yacht Club, and asked me to join them, so I did.
For six weeks, we'd usually meet for class in the clubhouse for an hour or so of instruction on Saturday mornings, and then go sail the Sunfish. Here, the class, with William and Jodi in the foreground, rig the boats. |

William and Jodi smile for the camera as they shove off. On another week, I sailed with Jodi. She and I would sing the Veggie-Tales classic, We are the Pirates Who Don't Do Anything. |
