NEW AIRCRAFT ARRIVE

Today Pacific Air Cargo recieved the seven new aircraft that we leased from Talbot Aircraft Sales.  These aircraft will be put into service on Friday, April 20, 2001.  Pilots wishing to upgrade thier aircraft should check thier hours and submit a request for aircraft upgrades.  This can be done from the Hanger Page.
Welcome to Pacific Air Cargo's Home Page.  This is the Virtual Airline, or Cargo Airline to be exact, that is owned and operated by you, our pilots.  Pacific Air Cargo, or PAC as it is refered to, was designed to give the pilots a say in how the company developes and is operated.  Pilots fly cargo around the Pacific Northwest.  With the money they earn, they can purchase stock in the company and become "Stockholders".  As Stockholders, they have a say in how the company is run, and how it will grow.  They will decide what new planes to purchase and how to improve the airport.  Pilots can also purchase their own plane, thus increasing their profits.  As the company grows, so will it's range of operation.  Check out our "How It Began" page for a short description of how the company came to be and why WE NEED YOU!  And be sure to check the "Pilots Forum" at the top of the page for the latest information! And stay up to date with the "PAC NEWS"!!!

PACIFIC AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION DELAYS
Work has been going on day and night on the new airport expansion project.  However the rain we got the past few days has caused some problems.  These problems are being addressed as we speak.  That is to say, the forman has hired a diver to look for the Bull dozer.  But not to worry, things will be fine.  On the down side, the dozer was parked in the parking lot, next to the Vice Presidents new car.

PILOTS TAKE SALARY CUT!

Due to an incident that occured last month in which some pilots played a "Little Joke" on our Mechanic, Tom Mills, a pay cut of $100 per month will be deducted from the pay check of each of the pilots that participated in this little prank.  This will be put towards the Hospital Bill.  In a related story, construction workers find 5 pilots locked in the NDB shack at the end of the runway.  The pilots reported that they were konked on the head in the middle of the night by someone wearing a flight suit with no arms.  When brought to the VP's attention, he just smiled and said "Isn't that interesting".

NOTICE TO PILOTS
Mrs. Baker has requested that the pilots stop flying low over her house.  It has been scaring her poodle and all of it's fur has fallen off. In turn she has agreed to keep her two daughters from sunbathing in their back yard, wearing nothing but a smile.
The Coast Guard Air Station Crew in Astoria, are looking for the pilots responsible for putting uncooked easter eggs in their annual easter egg hunt last Sunday.  A $50 reward has been offered for information leading to their capture.
$100 has been offered for anyone collecting $50 from the Coast Guard.
