STATISTICAL ANALYST-QUALITY ASSURANCE:


· Performed infrared scans of incoming raw materials and compared them to known standards,    or established libraries of known spectra for comparison

· Use of optical video measuring device for input of data in to statistical process control            program  to improve repeatability of measurments for tooling and process evaluations.

· Introduced Statistical Process Control (SPC) Inspection process for compliance to ISO 9000 Series Standards.

· Introduced Statistical Inspection Procedures (Mil.Standard 105E) For incoming and on going inspection of finished goods, to meet Statistical-sampling methods of ISO 9000 series standards.
