Mr. Otero-Jiménez has more than 17 years experience in transportation engineering in planning, design, and construction management. On planning projects, Mr. Otero-Jiménez has managed the West Laredo Circulation Study, the Victoria Metropolitan Transportation Plan, and the US 412 Corridor Planning Study (Arkansas). On design projects, Mr. Otero-Jiménez has experience in the schematic and final design of urban and rural arterials. He also has experience in working for the Mexican Federal Toll Agency (Caminos y Puentes Federales de Ingresos y Servicios Conexos) of the Mexican Transportation Secretariat, as well with other Mexican government and private entities. Mr. Otero-Jiménez is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas and in the Republic of Mexico.
